We verify attribution and payments, then pay eligible commissions monthly after the holding period. An application alone does not activate tracking.
CLEAR FROM THE FIRST INTRODUCTION
The launch terms
Effective September 25, 2026. These are the standard launch terms; enrollment and individual referrals require Jaduno’s written approval.
Subscription commission
20% of eligible subscription fees actually collected during the first 12 months from the referred customer’s first paid subscription. The calculation excludes taxes, discounts, refunds, credits, chargebacks, and non-subscription services. Monthly plans earn as invoices are paid. An annual payment earns once on the eligible first-year amount; renewals outside the 12-month window do not qualify.
Custom build finder’s fee
$500 for the first approved custom project with a new referred client, with a signed services scope of at least $5,000 excluding taxes and pass-through expenses. The fee becomes eligible after at least $2,500 of the deposit has been collected and held for 30 days. One fee per client; later projects, retainers, and change orders are excluded.
Who gets referral credit
Only new customers qualify. Existing paying customers and prospects already in an active Jaduno sales conversation are excluded. Register a direct introduction before purchase and have it accepted in writing. Accepted introductions take priority; otherwise the last valid approved partner link or code within 90 days before the first purchase receives credit. One partner per customer. No retroactive claims or self-referrals.
Payouts and reversals
Commissions are held for 30 days after payment is received. Eligible balances of $50 or more are paid in USD by the end of the following calendar month; smaller balances roll forward. Payment details and any required tax information must be complete. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the related commission; amounts already paid are deducted from future payouts.
Creators and paid content
Creators receive the same 20% subscription rate. Clearly disclose the referral relationship when recommending an app. Any sponsored content fee needs a separate written agreement and does not replace or increase the referral rate. No misleading claims, spam, coupon-site distribution, or paid bidding on Jaduno or its product brand names.
Approval and program changes
Applying does not enroll you, create a referral code, or start tracking. Your approval confirms activation, eligible products, and how to register referrals. App subscription commissions and a custom build fee may both apply to separate qualifying purchases. Future changes will be shared in writing and apply to new referrals; valid earned commissions remain payable unless reversed for refunds or misuse.
